Our client is an active hard working real estate investment group that can buy your home directly from you as soon as you need to sell it. Weve been involved in local real estate since 2005. For the past 5 years we have dedicated ourselves to helping local property owners who feel burdened or stuck with a property they no longer wish to own.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Disposition Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of Central City Solutions by selling offmarket real estate at the highest possible price to investors. This role is onsite in Columbus OH. You will be building strong relationships with active/repeat buyers maintaining constant communication with interested buyers sourcing new buyers conducting thorough property analysis implementing effective marketing strategies and collaborating with acquisitions and the transaction coordinator. The Disposition Manager reports to the Sales Manager.

Success for the Disposition Manager is defined by significantly increasing the companys revenue through the successful sale of properties at optimal prices. Building better relationships with buyers cultivating brand awareness and effectively contributing to the growth of Central City Solutions are key indicators of success in this role.

    WHAT WE OFFER:

    Great earning potential $45000 base plus commission with OTE $80000$10000 first year. Second year 100K (uncapped commission)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sell offmarket real estate properties to investors at the highest possible price.

    Build and nurture strong and personable relationships with new and established buyers of Central City Solutions.

    Source and cultivate relationships with new buyers.

    Conduct extensive property analysis property values and market trends.

    Implement multichannel marketing strategies to effectively promote properties.

    Utilize superior negotiation skills to close deals and achieve optimal outcomes.

    Engage with buyers through inperson meetings Zoom calls lunches and phone conversations.

    Coordinate and confirm walkthroughs with potential buyers.

    Increase the average sales margin by strategically negotiating higher prices.

    Contact a minimum number of new buyers per week to expand the buyer network.

    Achieve properties sold at or above asking price.

    Conduct a set number of meetings with buyers to maintain strong relationships.

    Track the number of properties sold and offers received.
