Responsible to secure ground transportation for all Inbound / Outbound Shipments
.
Evaluate & Assign cost effective mode (TL LTL Rail)
.
Track all Customer Deliveries & Communicate any delays to appropriates Customer Sales Associate/CSR
.
Schedule pick & delivery appts both internally and externally
.
Manage carrier performance
.
Update all relative freight fields in P21 (Pick Up Date/Time; Delivery Date/Time Status Freight Costs)
.
Verify and approve accessorial charges carrier invoices
.
Experience with Load Link MS Office excel an asset
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
