Support includes:
- Hardware troubleshooting analysis and swap for End user devices
- Hands and eyes support for Meeting Room AV troubleshooting and repair
- Break fix support troubleshooting and repair for AV Meeting Rooms
- Smart hands support (server reboots network equipment and other tasks performed using remote supervision and instruction from Customer personnel)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Windows support with related MSoffice M365 Intune setup etc together with Teams integrated meeting room environment coverage for Audio/Video support
- Only onsite physical support in premises
- The AV area covering backend / front end setup with multiple branding with respective PCs Extron Crestron Logitech etc
