1 . Master's degree in mental health or psychology as a minimum. 2 . Practical experience in the field of not less than 10 years, and experience in program management is preferred. 3 . Proficiency in the English language, complete proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in addition to the Arabic language. 4 . Proficiency in managing psychosocial projects. common duties 1 . Adhere to the Code of Conduct. 2 . Commitment to the principles of the international movement. 3 . Work to implement the goals of the association and deliver its humanitarian message. 4 . Commitment to implement the instructions and recommendations of the direct official and senior management of the association.
