1 .Managing and supervising the development of the department's strategic plan, annual plan and budget.
2 .Overseeing the development of clear and realistic tools for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of programs and activities.
3 .Develop and facilitate appropriate communication mechanisms within and outside the program, and request the required feedback to review plans and activities.
4 .Lead and direct staff and volunteers to ensure adherence to professional standards, quality of service, and compliance with the Association's approved procedures and policies.
