Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Years of experience: 9 14 years
You have experience in data center operations including the implementation and support of private and hybrid public cloud computing environments
You have experience building scaling & and monitoring infrastructure for a distributed organization.
You have proven experience in managing IT infrastructure operations and technology management preferably in a leadership role.
You have knowledge of networking computing storage IaaS PaaS solutions cloud operations system administration and service desk.
You have a deep understanding of OnPrem & and cloud security concepts including Firewalls VPCs Encryption Authentication and Authorization (SSO Active Directory/LDAP etc.)
You have experience in managing technology vendors recruiting and building highperforming team
Responsibilities:
Build implement manage and support the technology infrastructure strategy including computers storage databases and cloud operations for technology platforms and compliance (Linux Oracle SQL Windows AWS Azure & GCP).
Oversee the implementation maintenance and support of all technology infrastructure including hardware software networks and security systems.
Management of Application Release and Change Processes (DevOps)
Oversee all phases of project execution including initiation planning/development production/execution monitors/controls and closing/postrelease activities for larger projects.
Direct and mentor a team of IT professionals (20) fostering a collaborative culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Collaborate with senior leadership to translate new opportunities into an actionable roadmap track progress and deliver new product capabilities on time and on budget.
Function as the Infrastructure solutions project leader to prioritize and manage project deadlines navigate simultaneous projects and other crossfunctional team demands and ensure timely and effective execution and delivery of projects and related deliverables
Lead the technical design to modernize and refresh endoflife technology such as operating system and database upgrades cloud migrations and replatforming legacy systems.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made including but not limited to compliance and operational risk.
Analyze processes issues and bottlenecks and make recommendations for improvements.
Partner with the core operations and automation teams to meet deadlines set by leadership resolve infrastructure issues and automate overly manual processes.
Drive accountability and metrics ownership while effectively communicating information to the organization
