Your Job

As the Director of Sales House at Sparteo your mission is to lead the entire activity of the sales house encompassing teams strategy as well as offers and products. You will be responsible for the following steps:

Step 1: Elevate the sales house to Sparteos standards in the French market

    • Integration of new offers and products.

    • Increase in revenue.

    • Structuring the operation and different teams comprising the sales house.

    Step 2: Expand the activities of Sparteos Sales House to our other international markets.

    Step 3: Develop Sparteos DSP activity.


    Nowadays Sales House team :

    Commercial team of 5 people including the commercial director

    Marketing team : 1 junior collaborator

    Adops team : managed by the Demand Operations team.

    To specify :

    As the Director of theSales House your main responsibilities will be:

    P&L management:

    • Definition and management of budgets (revenue expenses).
    • Management of the profitability of the activity.

    Team Management:

    • Recruitment.
    • Sizing of teams (types of professions expertise number of collaborators...).
    • Team management (daily management definition of objectives animation...).

    Commercial Activity:

    • Definition of the commercial strategy (pricing policy discourse regarding client typology profitability per client and development strategy...).
    • Commercial development (partnership contracts opening of new clients...).
    • Definition of means and results objectives.
    • Collaboration with the commercial director for the deployment and daily management of the team.

    Development of Sales House Products:

    • Definition and management of the Sales House product roadmap in coherence with the Sparteo strategy.
    • Management of delivery in relation to the Sales House Demand Operations technical and product teams.

    Marketing Communication Sales House:

    • Definition and management of marketing budgets.
    • Implementation of sales support tools.
    • Management of Press Relations.
    • Management of Public Relations.
