The primary duties of the Director of Operations will include direct contact and communication with all District Managers including international districts. Development and oversight of operating policies and procedures organize and coordinate all activities associated with the delivery of BICOs drilling motors and tools to the companys customer base. This role will need to have a high sense of urgency and responsiveness to all critical operational needs.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize overall operational efficiency and effectiveness with a primary focus on profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Develop and manage budgets for operations monitoring expenses and ensuring cost effective operations.

Responsible for maintaining a high quality of the services delivered to the customer

• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement costeffective solutions to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements streamline workflows and implement best practices to maximize operational performance.
• Collaborate with the quality team to continuously improve product quality and reliability. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements leveraging new tools and techniques to enhance product offerings.
• Work closely with customerfacing teams to ensure timely delivery responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction.
• Lead mentor and develop the operations team fostering a culture of collaboration growth and excellence.
• Support training and skill development initiatives to enhance team capabilities Collaborate closely with sales engineering and other departments to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
• Work closely with customerfacing teams to ensure timely delivery responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in related field required OR Extensive experience within related field
  • 3 years as senior management including 5 years management experience within downhole drilling operations
• Fluent in English with strong written and communication skills
• Proven track record optimizing manufacturing operations
• Indepth knowledge of downhole drilling motors/tools and industry best practices
• Exceptional multitasking and adaptability in fastpaced environments
• Quick information evaluation and practical judgment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30% or more
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and components up to 25 pounds Operate basic office equipment
• Sit and/or stand for long periods of time up to 810 hours a day
• Walk/travel to production areas while wearing appropriate PPE which at a minimum includes safety glasses steel toe shoes and a hard hat
• Operate a motor vehicle per company Vehicle Use Requirement
