Our Client; a health tech company that powers hospitals and care centers to deliver quality healthcare to patients in emerging markets. They are currently looking to hire for the position of director of finance in Lagos Nigeria.
Function Of the Role
As the Director of Finance you will play a critical role in raising capital and strategically managing the companys capital to ensure adequate cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage our Investor Relations functions
Provide support for any new fundraising activities
Launch and scale new strategic Finance products in partnership with VP Growth
Manage the FP & A internal teams for proper financial analysis and reporting
Manage Group collections and payable functions
Oversee Reporting Controls and compliance
Oversee treasury functions to derisk the business
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in raising capital and strategic financial management.
Indepth understanding of financial analysis risk management and capital budgeting.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financerelated role.
Previous experience in a leadership position

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in raising capital and strategic financial management. In-depth understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and capital budgeting.
