- He supervises ensuring the safety of the bank's real estate portfolio and the existence of an effective mechanism for real estate appraisal and evaluation of mortgaged or expropriated properties by the bank by studying all credit transactions granted with a real estate guarantee (purchase or mortgage) and making recommendations.
- He supervises / studies and evaluates real estate / real estate guarantees mortgaged to the bank in return for facilities on a periodic basis, to know its current status and value and assess its future status and submits its recommendations to the concerned authorities to help take the appropriate decision and ensure that the Engineering and Real Estate Department / General Administration is informed.
