Director of Catering Sales - Upscale High-volume Restaurant with Event Space

We are a destination restaurant company known for memorable special occasions.We have spectacular locations on both coasts and seek an experienced Director of Catering Sales with high-volume sales experience.Candidates must possess a deep passion for creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind dining and event experiences.

Director of Catering Sales Requirements:

• Departmentfinancials, operations, leadership, guest interaction, and driving and managing events and catering sales
• At least 3 years experience as a Director of Catering or Special Events with responsibility for at least $4M in department sales revenueand personal sales volume of at least $1M
• Leadership expertise in on-site catering, meetings, banquets, and weddings
• Background in upscalebanqueting & events - with responsibility for sales

Director of Catering Sales Compensation:

• Base compensation of $85,000 to $95,000, paid hourly based on 50 hours (all unit level personnel are paid hourly to comply with labor law)
