- Determine and secure the training needs of the crew.
- Follow up on quarterly plans, daily preparation, grade books, worksheets and exams.
- Preparing educational programs, examination programs, shift programs, and class educators.
- Follow-up procedures for the registration of new students and supervise their evaluation in terms of audio and academic terms.
- Supervising the receipt of books from the Directorate of Education and the distribution of books to students.
