The Role
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious leader to spearhead the growth and service strategy of our learning and development service portfolio. Our learning business holds significant potential for impact in the market for our clients and within our own team. In this role you will be granted autonomy to take ownership of this service line driving its growth and commercial development.
This position involves playing a pivotal leadership role in the business actively cultivating the learning services portfolio and establishing effective processes for program delivery. Integral responsibilities include overseeing personal and professional development in training delivery leading ABM accreditation offerings and managing the portfolio budget.
Your accountability extends to propelling the growth and effectiveness of our learning programs. It is crucial to establish a core standardized offering that can be flexibly adapted to meet the diverse needs of businesses utilizing our accreditation and capabilitybuilding services. Your focus will be on developing modern and scalable methods to deliver these services and expanding their reach to customers.
