Hiring a Product Leader to take on all initiatives with the software and application side of our recent product launch.
We are an Austin based company currently manufacturing an exceptional product in China that will very soon shipped to our first customers here in the US!Very exciting and the product is an exceptional market fit for a pivotal time in our society.
Currently our product has many hardware components that bring sound, vibrations, heat/cooling, and more!
This person will be the primary leader overseeing all product launch as it pertains to applications, UX, software.
Majority of the software and project/program management team is in Europe (kick off meetings are at 9 AM CST for 1 hour).
iOS ready and working on android app right now
Oversee the teams, lead strategy, focus on streamlining app, getting it out to the masses (sets the strategy for downloads.
Will also head up user interface, all user experience, all testing, new product launch, reiterations, upgrades, new features releases etc.
Ideally seeking someone that has been with a startup as a Sr./Director PM that has brought product to a massive volume of users and/or has driven substantial revenue.
Position will report to the C-levels
Company is very well backed, sold out pre-order targets.
First product shipment is on a boat for delivery in the US right now.
Assuming all goes well, the board and advisors are thinking IPO sooner than later

Position will pay $150 - $200k base 20% bonus and up to 1% equity component (1 year cliff, 4 year vesting schedule
Remote okay however with some travel as needed (~10 - 20%)
