JOB SUMMARY:

The Director Demand Generation and Nurturing will design and oversee the execution of multitouch demand creation programs for our clients based on both inbound and outbound tactics that drive pipeline creation and lead nurturing to drive revenue growth. This role will act as SME and client lead across Marketing Automation Email Marketing Lead Nurturing and Account Based Marketing programs for clients and internal Fusion92 initiatives.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit office.

* While our offices are currently open daily inoffice attendance is not required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead email marketing/marketing automation programs across clients providing strategy development identifying content needs briefing internal creative and activation teams program analysis and optimization.
  • Mature Fusion92 s email marketing/marketing automation capabilities by improving processes best practices and acting as subject matter expert.
  • Lead Account Based Marketing programs across clients providing strategy development and driving internal processes to fulfill program needs focus on growing this area of business.
  • Manage Marketing Automation platform to plan execute and manage campaigns.
  • Support internal Fusion92 Email Marketing and Marketing Automation campaign needs in service of Growth and New Business initiatives
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics department to manage Transactional marketing requests which involve activation against purchased audience segments
  • Support misc. Content Strategy tasks as needed including content recommendations for media campaigns developing and managing content briefs based on content strategy recommendations providing content recommendations for landing pages.



Requirements :

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor s degree in a marketing or businessrelated field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience leading Email Marketing Marketing Automation B2B Marketing Customer Acquisition and Content Strategy
  • 3 years experience working in and managing Marketing Automation platforms
  • Proven results developing and managing Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Experience with Pardot is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving mindset
  • Cooperative approach and willingness to work both as an individual and a team member
  • Ability to perform a thorough research of target groups and marketing trends


The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $110000 to $150000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including but not limited to location years of experience education internal pay structure and other contributing factors.
