This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped commission-only + bonuses structure. Compensation:
Tiered commission-only structure + bonuses. A good Acquisitions Manager can make $75,000-$100,000 a year. If you're stellar, you can make $150,000+.

Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of sales experience
* Sales experience in the real estate industry and/or a former role in the real estate industry is preferred
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to close deals over the phone
* Knowledge of real estate investing is a plus, however being coachable and having the desire to learn new and innovative techniques is essential
* Must have strong experience with one call closing and overcoming objections
* Consistent and proven track record of closing new business either at the first meeting or through follow-up cycle
* Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques designed for consultative, relational selling
* Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach
* Must be coachable and enjoy improving themselves
* A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a long-lasting career within the real estate industry
* Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
* Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well
* Ability to follow up for multiple weeks, months, and years in case the first attempts do not produce a contract
