Who are we looking for
We are seeking dynamic and resultsoriented Direct Sales Agents to join our passionate team and play a vital role in growing our student base. Responsibilities:
Identify and generate qualified leads through active prospecting via phone calls online platforms and networking events field visits etc
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students understanding their financial goals and learning needs.
Effectively present AIFMTs various courses and highlight their benefits addressing pain points and tailoring solutions.
Overcome objections and navigate negotiations to convert leads into enrolled students.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions continuously improving sales strategies and techniques.
Build positive relationships with AIFMT faculty and staff to create a seamless learning experience for students.
A holder of Post high school certificate
Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales preferably within the education or financial services sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently meeting quotas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills to effectively demonstrate the value of AIFMTs courses.
Proficient in lead generation and management techniques including phone scripts and CRM systems.
Highly motivated and selfdriven with a resultsoriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to portray positive work culture i.e positive attitude being trainable and accountability.
Excellent time management and organizational skills able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools preferred.
