Fluent English youll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US so we cant accept to see or hear any mistakes.
Excellent attention to detail you are used to doublechecking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake. This skill is the most important requirement for any of Firstmovrs positions.
Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets you will be working in them every day and you should be able to work with formulas and numbers easily. Some of the formulas you should know: Index Match Sumif / Sumifs Averageif / Averageifs Max Min Percentile Percentile.Inc Percentile.Exc Trimmean Importrange Arrayformula Query Vlookup Substitute.
Ongoing or complete Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytics Business Finance or a related field.
For the long term we are unable to consider students due to the need for full commitment especially considering our very important clients and projects. Therefore we will only be considering graduates and other specialists who are not currently engaged in academic studies.
However if you are a senior Bachelors or Masters student Firstmovr offers shortterm projects lasting 26 months with the possibility of further involvement based on exceptional performance. Structured thinking you can structurize and describe the business processes and data models.
Strong selfreliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
Be a proactive team player whos not afraid to speak up for your own opinion seriously the company is looking for a person with many ideas not just an executor.
Organizing skills you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and dont want any minute to go to waste.
Goal & detailoriented you can easily adapt to a fastchanging environment without losing your goals and targets.
What Firstmovr team offers:
1. Fulltime job (8 working hours per day 5/2).
For the longterm projectswe will not consider students as well as candidates planning to combine several jobs or start any studies in the future.
For the shortterm projects we are ready to consider students combining the job with their studies (however working hours are pretty strict 8 hours a day).
Firstmovr works with huge clients like CocaCola and all team members should be dedicated and committed to a responsible delivery of the projects.
2.Remote work. You may be located in almost any country just need a good Internet connection a computer to work from and an opportunity to work the needed hours in the teams time zone (8 am 4 pmNew York EST time zone).
