Digital Project Manager

WRK Digital are shortlisting a Digital Project Manager for a thriving agency in Leeds!

As Digital Project Manager, you will be working across a range of projects for a wide variety of clients including international omnichannel and multi-region retailers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Project Manager looking for a step up or an established Senior Project Manager looking to take an active role in further shaping their delivery proposition.

This is a hybrid working role from their Leeds City Centre office.

As Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Efficiently managing ongoing communication between clients and day to days teams on both client and agency sides.
• Excelling as an expert in ecommerce project management, possessing the expertise to manage migrations from various platforms to Shopify.
• Utilizing extensive knowledge of the client and project to ensure delivery of all components meets the high standards required.
• Demonstrating a growth mindset to identify opportunities for additional development support for the clients
• Provide leadership and mentoring support to the junior members of the team.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the efficient and effect delivery of all project elements.
• Building strong relationships with clients gaining insights into their needs.

As Digital Project Manager, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience managing ecommerce projects within an agency or client side role.
• Strong experience of ecommerce migration projects
• Ideally knowledge of Shopify as a platform
• Excellent capabilities to manage competing priorities and deliver on time and within set budgets
• Strong financial and technical skills to utilise across projects
• Strong attention to detail
