Position: Digital Media Manager

Location: Open (Preferably in the Greater Phoenix Arizona Area, but open to remote candidates in PST/MST)

Work Schedule: Hybrid/Remote

Salary: $70-80k DOE


The Keller Group is seeking a Digital Media Manager with agency experience. The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic and audience-driven media plans and buys across all media channels. This role requires experience with planning, buying, and reporting across both traditional and digital media campaigns. Digital Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated media strategies that best reach the target audience and improve market performance
  • Hands-on strategy and execution of media planning, buying, implementation, reporting, budgeting and optimization
  • Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, invoice reconciliation, etc.
  • Proactively develop and present market media proposals, research new media opportunities, and optimize current spend for optimum results
  • Monitors media for pacing, delivery, placement, flight date discrepancies, and negotiate any make goods, credit or billing adjustments when necessary
  • Relationship building with media vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects deadlines and campaigns budgets are being clearly communicated
  • Research and analyze media options and campaign performance to identify new trends or make adjustments to campaigns to increase performance and deliver better results
  • Negotiate with media vendors to ensure the best rates and value are being secured for clients, as well as ensuring proper placements and scheduling
  • Provide custom reports and present to department leaders and executives on campaign results
  • Keep up with media buying and planning trends and technology


Requirements

Skills required for Digital Media Manager positions:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field of study
  • Ideally 3-5 years of professional media buying experience both traditional and digital (Search, Social, Print, OHH, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
  • Hands on experience with various media buying software such as Google Console + GA4, Strata, Kantar, Nielsen, etc.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and manage reporting tools
  • Knowledge of digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.
  • Strong negotiating and relationship building skills
  • Understand business KPIs and translate metrics to drive business outcomes
