Location: Open (Preferably in the Greater Phoenix Arizona Area, but open to remote candidates in PST/MST)

Salary: $70-80k DOE

Digital Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated media strategies that best reach the target audience and improve market performance
- Hands-on strategy and execution of media planning, buying, implementation, reporting, budgeting and optimization
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, invoice reconciliation, etc.
- Proactively develop and present market media proposals, research new media opportunities, and optimize current spend for optimum results
- Monitors media for pacing, delivery, placement, flight date discrepancies, and negotiate any make goods, credit or billing adjustments when necessary
- Relationship building with media vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects deadlines and campaigns budgets are being clearly communicated
- Research and analyze media options and campaign performance to identify new trends or make adjustments to campaigns to increase performance and deliver better results
- Negotiate with media vendors to ensure the best rates and value are being secured for clients, as well as ensuring proper placements and scheduling
- Provide custom reports and present to department leaders and executives on campaign results
- Keep up with media buying and planning trends and technology
Requirements
Skills required for Digital Media Manager positions:
- Bachelor s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field of study
- Ideally 3-5 years of professional media buying experience both traditional and digital (Search, Social, Print, OHH, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
- Hands on experience with various media buying software such as Google Console + GA4, Strata, Kantar, Nielsen, etc.
- Ability to analyze performance data and manage reporting tools
- Knowledge of digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.
- Strong negotiating and relationship building skills
- Understand business KPIs and translate metrics to drive business outcomes
