JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Digital Marketing Support will develop and execute organizational sales, marketing, and advertising activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Customer Relationship System (CRM)
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
- Assist with sales or customer service team to ensure customers are satisfied
- Ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance user experience through digital channels
- Analyze, review, and specify changes to the website so they are optimized for search engines
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Plan, set up, and manage campaigns in Google Ads
- Maintain Google Ad and Google Analytics accounts of the company and analyze the results to identify patterns and trends
- Analyze existing marketing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies
- Utilizes normalization techniques for efficient data management
- Assist in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, etc.
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
- Create reports on marketing performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
- Prior experience as a marketing assistant or similar job posts
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Must demonstrate sound work ethics
- Must be trustworthy with a high level of integrity
- Must have the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
