Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in planning developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital platforms. This individual will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance brand visibility engage target audiences and drive conversions. The role involves crafting compelling content managing social media presence optimizing website content and utilizing datadriven insights for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Marketing Strategy:
Plan develop and execute marketing strategies for email webinars social media and online marketing in collaboration with the Business Development Manager. - Content Creation and Copywriting:
Write compelling ads posts and email campaigns aligned with the companys business practices.
Craft concise captions hashtags and other textual elements for maximum impact. - Automation and Email Marketing:
Set up automated posts and email campaigns including welcome emails.
Proficient in using Mailchimp for effective campaign management. - Visual Content Creation:
Create visually appealing images videos and graphics that align the branding for social media posts and marketing materials. - LinkedIn Management:
Manage and maintain LinkedIn profile uploading regular posts and actively engaging with the audience.
Foster engagement on LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility. - Email Subscriber List Management:
Grow and maintain an email subscriber list of relevant individuals interested in the products and services. - Web Content Optimization:
Update the blog webinar registration form invites and relevant marketing content pages.
Optimize website content including meta titles meta descriptions headers and image alt tags using targeted keywords. - Collaboration and Strategy Development:
Collaborate with different departments to gain a deeper understanding of all aspects of the company.
Strategize marketing initiatives based on crossfunctional insights. - Customer Feedback and Testimonials:
Collect customer feedback to gather compelling stories and testimonials for marketing purposes.
Make datadriven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements: The ideal candidate is highly motivated and engaging. Has 5 years of experience in a similar role. Has a strong command of digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn Canva Mailchimp and more. Can manage and update website content (WordPress). Has a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Creative and innovative thinking skills to develop engaging and effective marketing materials and content. Proficient in creative thinking skills to design visually appealing marketing materials and content. Familiar with graphic editing tools such as Adobe Suite Canva and CMS systems such as WordPress and Squarespace. Demonstrated ability to work with meticulous attention to detail reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy and precision

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, social media management, website management, copywriting, analytics, reporting, Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
