We mainly deal with CEO s and our core proposition is offshore solutions that support the acceleration of company growth through:
1) Reduction of overheads
2) Increase efficiency and productivity by 30%
3) Generation of between 2m & 8m of growth capital (dependent on size)
We develop off-shore strategies to deliver clients scaling objectives through multiple structured online workshops with their executive teams, after which we hire their offshore teams in our locations.
The B2B Digital Marketing Senior is a technically savvy individual that has demonstrated experience with a variety of B2B digital marketing activities and tactics that contribute to revenue growth. This individual is a well-rounded B2B digital marketing generalist that will be primarily responsible for managing B2B marketing efforts that will generate brand awareness and leads through LinkedIn, social media, web, SEO and email marketing. This role will have overall responsibility for content creation, and KPIs reporting. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to run digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across HubSpot, LinkedIn and website channels
- Track, measure, and report marketing metrics for all activities, and assess against goals (ROI or KPI)
- Manage marketing automation activities in CRM /HubSpot
- Collaboration with sales to generate sales and marketing generated leads
- Budget management
- Manage/ create visual and written marketing content creation such as blogs, LinkedIn, images, website, landing pages, email marketing etc.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Internal communication marketing and staff marketing
- Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning through to tracking
- Manage the creation, editing and production of all content which including:
- B2B Content marketing (Blogs)
- Social Media (all images, videos, captions etc.)
- Website (copy, video and visuals).
- Email Marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving marketing strategy and exceeding KPIs
- Working knowledge on CRM platforms (HubSpot advantageous)
- Experience with a variety of B2B marketing activities including B2B social media, B2B email marketing, and content creation
- Ability to analyse and segment audience data in CRM in order to develop campaign strategies.
- Ability to build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Clients, directors, freelancers and agencies)
- Track record of successfully collaborating with sales teams to enhance the generation of leads
- Ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve specific KPIs, with excellent communication skills to share benchmarks and insights across the organization
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes from start to finish
- Critical & creative thinker with strong project management skills
- Experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns
- Ability to mentor junior marketing staff
- Bachelor s in Marketing or other related fields/equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Native English speaker, strong attention to detail, strong ability to edit language
