Digital Initiative

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation agenda of Company Name. In collaboration with crossfunctional teams you will be responsible for conceptualizing planning and executing digital initiatives to enhance customer experience streamline operations and drive business growth

Digital Strategy Development :

Formulate and execute the digital strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.

Identify opportunities for digitization across various business functions.

Product Development and Innovation:

• Lead the development of new digital products and services ensuring they meet customer needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and fintech trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with IT Marketing Operations and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and digital adoption across the organization.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

• Implement initiatives to enhance the digital customer experience including website and mobile app optimization.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Data Analytics and Insights:

• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior market trends and the performance of digital initiatives.
• Make datadriven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of digital strategies.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Technology or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Proven experience (0 3 years) in a similar role within the financial services industry preferably in an NBFC is an added advantage.

Multilingual person fluent in HINDI / TELUGU / KANNADA is a must other than English and Tamil.

Strong understanding of digital technologies fintech trends and regulatory landscape in India.

Excellent Product demonstration project management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
