Operational Responsibilities DIC Support Analyst
Digital Incubation Center
Arabic speaking will be preferred


Provide robust project Management support.
Develop internal reports to track project progress and key performance indicators.
Provide analytical support and benchmarking against best practices.
Assist in organizing and coordinating Idea Camp events including intake programs and training sessions for new startups.
Help manage the application process for startups seeking to join the Idea Camp.
Coordinate with mentors and trainers to ensure smooth execution of the Idea Camp curriculum.
Provide logistical support during Idea Camp events including setting up venues and coordinating with vendors.
Assist in planning and organizing events to help startups expand into new global markets.
Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to support startups in their market entry efforts.
Help manage relationships with international partners throughout the Go to Market program.
Assist in the implementation of the Mentoring Program by identifying suitable mentors coordinating mentoring sessions and providing administrative support.
Support the Training and Speaker Sessions program by assisting in the organization of workshops coordinating with speakers and ensuring smooth event logistics.
Actively support with program delivery ensuring appropriate rigor and structure is implemented in all program deliverables.
Support with onboarding of new vendor to the Digital Incubation Center.
Other Responsibilities
Promote active collaboration between the Digital Incubation Center iLab and TAMSU Accelerator.
Coordinate with each program for regular performance reports ensuring transparency and accountability.
Support with monitoring quality standards across all three initiatives ensuring they meet or exceed set benchmarks.
Assist in the planning and execution of events that involve participation from the Digital Incubation Center iLab and TASMU Accelerator.
Coordinate logistics communication and materials to ensure seamless collaboration across initiatives.
Support with the implementation of best practice document management practices.
Contribute to the alignment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across the Digital Incubation Center iLab and TASMU Accelerator.
Assist in developing a unified reporting system that provides a comprehensive overview of the collective impact of the initiatives.
