Digital Coach

As a Digital Coach you will be responsible for delivering engaging and personalized

online and onsite learning experiences to employees who are interested in

Generative AI productivity technology.

You will use our platform and curriculum to guide employees through projects that

involve using Gen AI productivity tools.

You will provide feedback encouragement and support as they develop their skills

and confidence in using Generative AI productivity tools.

You will also collaborate with other Digital Coaches and our content team to share

best practices and suggest improvements to our courses and platform.Work closely

with the User Adoption Lead the Gen AI team and the Talent team

Requirements

You have a passion for education and a desire to help corporate employees to

achieve their goals and aspirations.

You have a solid understanding of Generative AI technology prompt engineering

and its applications such as natural language processing & speech synthesis.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you can adapt your

coaching style to different learners and contexts.

You have a certification or qualification in change management methodologies

such as Prosci ADKAR Kotter or Lean Six Sigma.

You have proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives such as

digital transformation or process improvement.

You have a collaborative and agile mindset and you can adapt to changing priorities

and environments.
