DevOps Engineer - High Security Clearance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with toplevel security clearance to join our team focusing on bridging operations and development to improve our project delivery. The candidate will work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems and to automate and streamline our operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with the development and operations teams to identify and establish DevOps practices.
  
• Ensure continuous collaboration between development and IT operations.
  
2. Automation:
   
• Automate repetitive tasks related to integration deployment and monitoring.
  
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment and development cycles.
  
3. Infrastructure Management:
   
• Manage and optimise infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment of applications to various environments.
  
• Ensure infrastructure scalability security and sustainability.
  
4. Monitoring and Performance:
   
• Implement monitoring tools to ensure reliability and performance of systems.
  
• Proactively identify and resolve issues ensuring minimal downtime.
  
5. Security Compliance:
   
• Ensure all systems are configured deployed and operated securely.
  
• Maintain compliance with security standards and policies.
  
6. Documentation:
   
• Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes systems and procedures.
  
• Ensure documentation is accurate and uptodate.
  

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
   
2. Experience in a DevOps role with a focus on automation infrastructure management and system administration.
   
3. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Perl or Shell.
   
4. Experience with CI/CD tools configuration management tools and cloud services.
   
5. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
   
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
