Desktop Support Technician

Knowledge of: Infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise

Skilled in: Strong customer service Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication Intermediate troubleshooting and conflict resolution

Ability to: Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks Work collaboratively in teams and across organizations Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization

Skills Preferred:Desktop support skill, troubleshooting, great customer service skills, knowledge of imaging, knowledge of SCCM, Tanium, Microsoft Office software, knowledge in Google applications. Networking

Experience Required: 5 year experience in as a desktop support tech, network

Education Required:Associates degree plus 5 or more years experience in desktop support (or equivalent experience)
