We are looking for a Desktop support engineer who has good knowledge of the operating systems computer peripherals software applications etc.
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Desktop Support Engineer Fresher located in Bengaluru.
As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support to users regarding computer and softwarerelated issues troubleshooting problems and resolving them efficiently. You will maintain computer systems hardware printers and remote connections and you will work closely with other IT teams to ensure systems are uptodate and secure.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of computer hardware software and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of support and maintenance tasks
