Looking for aa Project Manager to serve in our Oklahoma City office. The candidate in this role will be a key contributor to the client fulfilling its purpose: Communities need trusted partners to safeguard today and build a stronger tomorrow.

The candidate we are seeking should be able to earn the trust of our clients through producing timely and practical engineering solutions and initiating regular marketing interactions. This individual must oversee projects from concept to completion and be capable of independent performance with minimal supervision.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to lead a multidisciplined team in the design and construction of a variety of municipal infrastructure projects including roadways detention ponds channel improvements stream bank erosion and stabilization storm sewers and water and sanitary sewer projects.

Additionally The Candidate Should Be Capable Of
  • Mentoring junior staff members
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Meeting with senior staff to discuss company objectives long term strategic goals and financial performance
  • Being a key point of contact with clients subconsultants and local government officials
  • Providing quality control reviews for all deliverables
  • Managing and coordinating project schedules and budgets


Requirements

Basic requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in civil biosystems environmental or water resources engineering
  • Professional Engineer s (PE) License
  • 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Strong sense of personal initiative and willingness to meet client expectations.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HECRAS HECHMS and MicroStation experience is a plus
