About The Job

• Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for the daytoday running of the depot operation. Some of your roles as a Depot supervisor include managing the daytoday operation within your depot completing daily depot checks and returning to HQ managing product stock levels performing weekly/monthly checks (completed online system) and managing your team of 5/6 operatives and their workloads.
• You will also work closely with new starters until they work to a safe and competent standard complete customer satisfaction site visits and be available to support your team while performing hours of activity. You must be able to support the team by ensuring equipment is tested before and after hire complete hire delivery and collections setups and battery exchanges respond to breakdowns. You will be required to be on call (evenings and weekends) 1 week out of 4.

• Experience using Syrinx is desirable but not essential

• Ideally looking for people who are 45 minutes away from Northampton
