The Agency is seeking a stout Employment Law Attorney / Lawyer to interview with and join one of our premier legal clientele. With multiple clients in the region The Agency offers a doorway into multiple opportunities for qualified professionals. As an Employment Law Attorney you will assist both employees and employers in navigating complex legal matters related to employment and labor law. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and representation on employment law issues including discrimination harassment and wage disputes.
- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements policies and handbooks.
- Representing clients in employmentrelated litigation arbitrations and negotiations.
- Conducting legal research and staying informed about employment law regulations.
- Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys on complex employment law cases.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering sound legal advice.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 37 years of experience in employment law practice.
- Strong legal research and advocacy skills.
- Effective communication and attention to detail.
Seeking a lawyer with 5 to 8 years of Project Finance experience Strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation required Experience in reviewing project documentation preferred but not mandatory Collaborative work within our global team, tackling innovative and challenging projects worldwide
