Requirements

• Maintain/create effective billing/receivable department processes
  
• Collect 98% of net production
  
• Work with 3^rd party to manage PPO participation and fee schedule negotiations
  
• Maintain fee schedules within Open Dental software
  
• All credentialing responsibilities
  
• Overseeing 4 support staff focused on results from each chair
  
• Contribute to a positive engaging work environment
  
• Serve on the primary leadership team to direct the growth of the business and maintain operations
