Proven experience as a DB2 Database Administrator. Indepth knowledge of DB2 database architecture internals and features. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database performance tuning. Experience with database security including access controls encryption and auditing. Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment. Relevant certifications such as IBM Certified Database Administrator DB2 or similar are a plus
