As a Data Quality Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our client s data models specifically focusing on updates and news releases provided by the Department of Labor. Your primary responsibilities will include thoroughly understanding these updates and integrating them into our client s system logic to maintain a 100% accurate and uptodate data model.

• English Level: C1
  
• 35 years of experience in data quality management compliance or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and the ability to apply them to data processes.
  
• Proficiency with BI tools particularly Tableau and experience in data analysis.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of analytical capability.
  
• Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of data handling with various file formats (CSV Excel).
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage projects effectively.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  

• Data Compliance: Monitor updates and news releases from the Department of Labor ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the changes and applying this knowledge to our system logic to maintain a 100% accurate and uptodate data model.
  
• Logic Changes: Identify and recommend logic changes based on updates from the Department of Labor to ensure our data model remains in compliance and reflects the most recent information.
  
• Job Title Mapping: Validate and map job titles from clients to our industrystandard job titles to ensure consistency accuracy and content alignment.
  
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Collaborate with the development team to perform rigorous QA/QC processes for both processes and systems ensuring the integrity and compliance of data.
  
• Data Analytics: Utilize analytical skills to recommend and create data analytics that provide valuable insights to our clients in the Utility Grade Solar & Construction industry.
  
• Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Work with various BI tools including but not limited to Tableau to extract analyze and visualize data effectively.
  
• Data Handling: Work with different data formats such as CSV and Excel to ensure the seamless integration of data into our systems.
  
• Compliance Focus: Maintain a strong emphasis on data and process compliance to ensure that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
