Job Description

Title: Operations Assistants
Duration: 4 months w possible extension
Location: Onsite in Wilmington DE
MF 7:00am 3:30pm EST 40 hours a week
Job Requirement
- Entering data such as name address vehicle and driver information from physical (some with checks attached) and pdf copies of applications into our policy system (DRC Cloud).
- Use Ricoh copy machines to scan in physical applications and change forms to pdfs for distribution.
- Use Ricoh copy machines to scan already processed coverage forms and attach them to the appropriate policy in our policy system.
- Report validation matching incoming applications to a policy system report for incoming payments.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
One year of Data Entry Experience
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
One Round: 3045min video interview
