Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into our databases and systems with precision and speed
• Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing and comparing it to source documents
• Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entry
• Ensure data integrity and security by following data management protocols
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for efficient data retrieval
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and systems
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficient in using data entry software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
