MustHave:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a minimum of 8 years in the field.
Strong proficiency in at least one cloud platform (GCP Azure or AWS).
Expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes and data pipelines.
Solid understanding of data modeling database design and data warehousing concepts.
Programming skills in languages such as Python Java or Scala.
Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop Spark and related ecosystems.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

This is a contract W2 position for 24 months offering a hybrid work environment in either Jacksonville FL or Phoenix AZ.

Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure data quality integrity and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
Optimize and tune existing data infrastructure to improve performance and efficiency.
Implement best practices for data governance security and compliance.
Work with large datasets both structured and unstructured and implement effective data storage and retrieval strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
