Data Analytics Cum Analyst Entry Level-

• This candidate will act as a data business analyst and subject matter expert on the data needs of the project understand the functional requirements and perform source to target mapping.
• This candidate will conduct analysis of the data document and manage ETL development requirements and effectively communicate with development team
• Analyze at code and data levels such as data mapping and data conversion adhere to internal software development life cycle methods (SDLC)
• Participate in data validations develop testcases and develop scenarios for user acceptance testing
• Prioritizing the tasks based on business needs and requirements

• Business analysis and data analysis experience with data migration and data integration in financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of SDLC concepts and an excellent grasp of database concepts and principles
• Able to perform the data mapping exercise comparing the source table fields and target data set. To document the analysis identify the gaps and solutions to resolve the gaps.
• Identify and translate the business requirements to ETL logic for the developers. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements document.
• Evaluate organizational methods and provide sourcetotarget mappings and informationmodel specification documents for datasets.
• Experience with SQL. Able to read and Write queries and data transformation scripts using SQL write SQL queries and translate that into the data mapping document.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• Experience with SSMS SQL MS Excel
• Good understanding of Agile Scrum concepts
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Highlevel written and verbal communication skills.
