Data Analyst

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret data from various sources
• Clean and preprocess data for analysis
• Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems
• Create data visualizations and reports
• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends
• Contribute to data governance and security
• Provide support for datarelated projects and initiatives
• Communicate complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
• Assist in the development of datadriven strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Understanding of statistical concepts and methods
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detailoriented and analytical mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques
• Certifications in data analysis or related field are advantageous
• Experience in data governance and compliance is a plus
