Data Analyst

FuturHealth operates in the healthy food and medicine market addressing health concerns as well as excess weight through telemedicine customized nutrition plans medications healthy meals delivery and insurance among Americans.

While primarily a B2C application we develop inhouse products crucial for efficient business operations contributing significantly to our success such as comprehensive system development with components in marketing billing development finance and customer support.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the product team to investigate and implement new features bugs and performance issues utilizing internal and external data sources.
• Design define and build dashboards supporting daytoday activities through BI systems (Redash Metabase Superset).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of releases ongoing products and user engagement.
• Generate actionable recommendations to enrich the product roadmap and support decisionmaking based on data.
• Perform periodic deepdive product and exploratory analysis communicating results to stakeholders.
• Enhance and align departmental BI practices including the design of product reporting.
• Evaluate new features and analyze A/B test results.
• Transform raw data into a usable format calculate metrics based on business requests and work on various analytics tasks related to marketing billing and finance.

Requirements

Technologies being used and required:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• DBT Git Apache Airflow
• BI tools (Redash Metabase Superset)
• Any BI tool is required; familiarity with ETL/ELT tools is preferred
• Experience analyzing marketing/business data

Its a perfect match if you have:

• 3 years of handson experience with Data Analysis for a tech company.
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2C1 is required as our team is international and we engage with Englishspeaking clients and operate in an Englishdominated market.
• Experience translating analysis results into business recommendations and conversely.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze information with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data infrastructures and flows.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages.
• Experience with defining characterizing and testing product data and events tracking.

Our Analytical team comprises diverse backgrounds in physics and mathematics prioritizing problemsolving abilities over specific tools. The team includes 3 teammates specializing in analytics and dashboard creation and building data science solutions.
