Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services offered by Casa Bio
Assist customers in placing orders processing payments and resolving any issues or complaints
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the companys database
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer concerns
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers needs and finding appropriate solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns
Knowledge of the wholesale hardware plumbing and heating equipment industry
Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fastpaced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
