Tasks

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services offered by Casa Bio

• Assist customers in placing orders processing payments and resolving any issues or complaints

• Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the companys database

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer concerns

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers needs and finding appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers

• Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns

• Knowledge of the wholesale hardware plumbing and heating equipment industry

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fastpaced environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
