Data Analyst II

The Data Analyst II will be responsible for collecting organizing analyzing and reporting data from various departments within the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and organize data using Excel
• Analyze data and generate reports
• Present and communicate findings found from analysis to team members
• Create data visualizations to aid decision making
• Create and document for company processes
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Any other matters as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in computer science required

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in data analytics preferably in healthcare or process improvement
• 1 year of professional experience collaborating with customers on the design creation and execution of analytics deliverables.
• 1 year professional experience in building selfservice analytic reports dashboards and/or tools supporting decisionmaking and actionable metric monitoring by customers.

• Expertise in Excel
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
• Highlevel experience in methodologies and processes for managing largescale databases.
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
