Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Data analyst to join our team. A BI Consultant works with existing data and turns it into business reports/dashboards that are actionable pieces of information which help business functions to make datadriven decisions. The emphasis here is on data governance models documentation building reports and training. A person who is more business oriented and capable of helping vertical heads to design meaningful reports which what we are hunting for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating new reports/dashboards and improving the existing ones on the BI Tool (Looker)
- Coordinate with the business stakeholders and understand the requirement clearly and implement the same in BI tool.
- Maintaining and improving Models in Looker along with data governance
- Provide training to Business users to increase adoption
- Analyze data and report discrepancies if any.
Key Competencies/Skill Sets:
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL for analytics
- Hands on experience on any BI Tool (Looker preferable Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx etc)
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science.
- Propose and implement new data analysis methodologies and tools.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field.
- 01 years of relevant experience & should be hands on with Google Cloud Platform specifically BigQuery and Looker is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
