Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel bookings including flights accommodations tours and transportation ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Handle booking modifications cancellations and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Czech with strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is also required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering personalized and attentive service to every traveler.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
