Job Description

We are currently looking for a customerfocused and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our client s dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service resolving inquiries and issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for our client s valued stakeholders. If you have excellent communication skills a knack for problemsolving and a commitment to delivering topnotch service we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 1st month 8:30 to 5:30 2nd month and beyond 11 to 8 pm
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home

What do you need to succeed
  • English level: C1
  • Experience: 1 3 years
  • At least 2 years of solid experience as an Email and Chat Support Representative or CSR Voice
  • Experience with a Travel or Reservations Account is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Passion for communicating with customers all day every day
  • The desire to turn an unhappy customer into an advocate
  • Previous experience in problemsolving or troubleshooting
  • Willingness to take calls from time to time
  • High attention to detail
  • Eagerness and the will to learn and improve your own skills
What awaits you in this role
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels including phone email chat and social media.
  • Help and provide clients with product quotations.
  • Assist customers with logistics tracking.
  • Book appointments for customers accordingly.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints concerns and questions in a courteous and empathetic manner.
  • Strive to achieve firstcall resolution whenever possible.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products services and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and relevant information accurately and comprehensively in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Assist customers with technical issues account access problems billing inquiries and other servicerelated challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
  • Educate customers on how to use our products or services effectively and provide guidance on common tasks or problems.
  • Adhere to company policies procedures and compliance guidelines when interacting with customers and handling their information.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve products services and processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
