Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as phone calls video calls and live chats.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Utilize conversation prompts and scripts to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance the customer experience.
  • Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions in our call center database.
  • Attend educational seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team performance targets.



Requirements:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Empathetic customer focus with flexibility to adapt to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Laptop or Desktop Computer
  • Computer Monitor (15" or higher)
  • Hard Drive with Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Hard Drive with 1 or more GHz dualcore processor and 8 GB RAM or more
  • Computer Keyboard and Mouse
  • HardWired Land Line Telephone (required for a few clients)
  • Hardwired Broadband Internet Service with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Chrome Internet Software
  • Noisecanceling headset with microphone (Brands: Logitech Plantronics or Microsoft)
