We can offer you flexible hours 100% autonomy all in the comfort of your home.
The starting pay for our agents is $11$15/hour (based on your selected client). The earning potential is between $25000$40000 per year.
We also include bonuses/incentives based on performance hours worked and customer satisfaction.
All hours/shifts are available (Days Evenings Nights and weekends) from which you set your own schedule to work. The earning potential is between $25000$40000 per year.

Participating in certification courses
Providing excellent customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly attitude.
Using your home computer and/or phone to answer inbound phone calls video calls and/or live chats to provide awesome customer service.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.
Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers needs; clarify their information; research their issues; they provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when you can.
Keep accessible comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.
Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills plus active listening skills
Empathetic customer focus flexibility to manage many different personality types.
Ability to multitask set priorities and manage time effectively.
