- Identify and assess customer needs providing accurate and relevant information or solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex customer problems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product updates policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
