Job Description

As a Customer Service Analyst you will be responsible for supplier verification activities which involve contacting Australian companies to confirm payment details. Your role will also include providing highquality customer support for our client s stakeholders through both ticketbased and voice support channels.


Here s an overview of your future role:

Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 06:45 AM 03:45 PM
Work Setup: Onsite Quezon City
Salary: PHP 25000 to PHP 27000


What do you need to succeed

  • Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or an equivalent Bachelor s Degree (Open to fresh graduates)
  • Possess good functional technical and analytical skills
  • Maintain a positive "cando" attitude with the ability to adjust to the company s operational demands and space
  • Demonstrate diligence and attention to detail particularly in following companydefined processes
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills rapidly
  • Capable of handling support issues
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers peers and management via multiple communication channels
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and Windows OS navigation
  • Experience in supporting live applications and managing businesscritical technical functions and SLA compliance
  • Must be willing to work in The Ignacia Place TIP (morning shift) 6:45 am to 3:45 pm (Manila Time)

Advantageous to have:

  • Experience in voice call support
  • Background in Financial Applications and Australian Financial Processes

  • Familiarize yourself with Australian financial processes.
